About the Exhibit Program

Exhibit Library - Cancer Information Service

Each Cancer Information Service Office will be provided:

  • one portable tabletop structure
  • one set of generic CIS graphic panels
  • one table skirt/banner with CIS logo
  • two tabletop publication display racks
  • 5000 CIS giveaways
  • one carry-case

Exhibit Program Responsibilities

  • timely shipping of requested exhibit panels, frame(s), and care kits (in good condition) to the requested location
  • arrange return shipment of exhibit back to warehouse
  • provide set-up and dismantling instructions, if needed [see Tips for Exhibitors]
  • provide exhibiting tips [see Tips for Exhibitors]
  • provide and store loaner exhibit structures and graphics
  • provide Loaner Program Exhibit Timeline [see Tips for Exhibitors]
  • handle special problems/requests

CIS Responsibilities

  • reserve and pay for booth space and required services for exhibiting
  • select appropriate graphic panels from Catalog of Exhibits and complete the online order form, at least 10 working days in advance. Make sure information on form is complete and accurate
  • set-up and dismantle booth
  • provide appropriate and knowledgeable staff for the booth [see Tips for Exhibitors]
  • provide appropriate materials/literature for booth
  • pack exhibit graphics, frame(s), and care kits with care for return shipping [see Tips for Exhibitors] and make certain it is at the appropriate place for pickup
  • provide feedback and suggestions for program
